Thank you for choosing MaidsBeyond Cleaning Services.
Cancellations
All notice of cancellations must be made within 48 hours prior to scheduled services. If failed to cancel your scheduled service in time you will be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of the service price.
Additional Services
You must notify MaidsBeyond of any additional services needed one week in advance prior to service. Each add on service will have a separate additional charge.
Scheduled Services
If you are scheduled for a weekly clean and you have pushed back your next service to a period greater than 3 weeks you will be charged the price for a monthly clean on your next cleaning services.
If you are scheduled for a bi-weekly clean and you have pushed back your next services greater than 2 weeks, then you will be charged as a monthly clean on your next cleaning service.
If you are a monthly clean and you have pushed back your service greater than a period of 2 months, you will be charged of the price of a deep clean.
Payments
All Payments are due no later than 3 days after completed services. If you are paying via Venmo you will be charged a transaction fee additional to your services.
Note that any late payments will result in a 10% additional charge for each day of missed payment; in which it will be added to your outstanding balance.
Sales tax will be calculated into your services reflecting specifically of your county of residence and state tax requirements.
